Contact information

Tenant portal is our tenants’ service system, where all living-related matters can be managed:

  • View your rental agreement
  • Pay deposit and rent, see your rent balance, invoices and payment history
  • Service request and follow-up
  • Messages to POAS office
  • Reserving common areas such as saunas, laundry rooms, club rooms etc.

You can access the tenant portal by downloading Aulaan Home application from your phone’s application store (App Store or Google Play). You can also use the tenant portal on your internet browser through the link button below.

Login to the tenant portal

Please register to the tenant portal primarily by using strong authentication method. If it’s not possible for you to use the strong authentication, you can also sign in by using your email. Make sure to use the same email address that you have provided to POAS.

You can log into the tenant portal immediately after you have signed your rental agreement.
