POAS – Rental apartments in Tampere for students and working people under 30

The new property is scheduled for completion on September 1, 2026, and applications are now open! The property offers studio apartments and small one-bedroom apartments. Rents for studio apartments range from 430€ to 475€, and rents for one-bedroom apartments range from 555€ to 630€. Tenats will also have access to a brand-new gym.
What is POAS?
POAS is a limited nonprofit company owned by the City of Tampere. We offer affordable rental housing in Tampere, near workplaces, services and universities, as well as close to public transportation connections. Apartments are rented to students, as well as to working people under 30 years of age. There is no age limit for students. If you are employed, you can live in the apartment until you are 36 years old.
