Tenant committees

Through tenant committees, tenants can make a difference in their living environment.

The internal administration of each housing complex is a joint endeavour of the tenant committee and POAS. Tenant meetings are held once a year, and they are open to all residents of the building. The members of the tenant committees, who decide on the use of common premises and organise events, are selected in these meetings.

In its own meetings, the tenant committee decides how the allowance granted to it shall be used. Through a tenant committee, you can therefore have a say in matters related to your living environment.
