Sale of Karosenkatu 3 and 4
08.02.2021
Pirkan Opiskelija-asunnot Oy (POAS) sells its residential properties of Karosenkatu 3 and Karosenkatu 4, a total of 125 apartments, located in Annala, Tampere. POAS is developing strongly by producing new rental apartments for its target groups. The sale of these properties enables the construction of new, affordable rental apartments. Buyers are Innovest Kiinteistöt Oy and Nordic Business Investments Oy. The properties will be taken over by the new owners on 1 May 2021.
POAS has secured the status of tenants living in the properties: rents will not be increased, nor rental agreements terminated during the next 12 months from the transaction, provided the tenant has fulfilled their agreement obligations. The amount of the transaction is not public.
