Exceptions to service hours

During Christmas time, there are some exceptions to our service hours. See the exceptional opening hours below.
Service exceptions:
- Friday 6 December: closed (Independence Day)
- Friday 20 December: 9.00am–2.00pm
- Monday 23 December: 9.00am–2.00pm
- 24-26 December: closed. Merry Christmas!
- 1 January 2025: closed (New Year Day)
- 6 January 2025: closed (Epiphany)
In non-urgent cases, you can contact our customer service by e-mail or by sending a message in our tenant portal. Please note that visiting our office is currently possible with an appointment only.
Urgent maintenance and repair needs must always be reported to the maintenance company on duty by phone, please see contact information here.
