Quickly available apartments

On this page, you will find apartments that are immediately available as well as those that have been terminated but do not yet have a new tenant.

Please note that eligibility for these apartments depends on the specific property. Some properties are intended solely for students, while others are also open to working young people under the age of 30. Eligibility for a specific property is indicated in the apartment details.

Tenant selections are made according to standard selection criteria. Factors influencing the selection include the applicant’s housing need and the urgency of the situation.

Here is how to apply for an immediately available apartment

1. Fill out the housing application.
2. After submitting the application, send an email to toimisto@poas.fi and let us know which immediately available apartment you’re interested in.

Only apply for immediately available apartments if you are ready to accept the offered apartment on short notice.

Shared Apartments

Shared apartments are almost always available, which is why they are not listed separately on this page. You can apply for a shared apartment through the standard housing application.
