Exceptions to service hours

In the end of the year 2023, there are some exceptions to our service hours. See the exceptional opening hours below.
Service exceptions:
- Friday 1 December: 9.00am-3.00pm (first weekday of the month)
- Wednesday 6 December: closed (Independence Day)
- Friday 22 December: 9.00am-1.00pm
- Monday 25 – Tuesday 26 December: closed for Christmas
- Monday 1 January 2024: closed (New Year)
In non-urgent cases, you can contact our customer service by e-mail or by sending a message in our tenant portal. Please note that visiting our office is currently possible with an appointment only.
Urgent maintenance and repair needs must always be reported to the maintenance company on duty by phone, please see contact information here.
