Finland’s Prettiest Student Home

Finland’s Prettiest Student Home 2020 competition has ended and the winner is Lotta’s two-room apartment in Turku. Professional jury was impressed by the strong creative styling, that has transformed the average student home into a unique yet harmonic space.

POAS’s local competition’s winner lives in our housing complex Vihilahdenkatu 7.

Finnish student housing organisations are organising Finland’s Prettiest Student Home 2020 competition. You have an opportunity to showcase how cozy and beautiful a student home can be. Show us your home with photos and you have a chance to win amazing prizes!

The competition consists of both a local competition and a nationwide competition. The submissions for POAS’s local competition will be published on our Instagram channel @poaskoti where the audience can vote for their favorite by liking the posts.

When registering for the local competition you will automatically participate in the nationwide competition, where an expert panel will choose one home to be the Finland’s Prettiest Student Home 2020.

Who can participate?

Everyone living in a POAS apartment can participate in the competition.

How to participate?
Register for the competition by introducing your student home with photo(s). Time of the participation in the competition is 20 May – 3 June 2020. 

• Send your photos by email to markkinointi(a)poas.fi
  OR
• Post your photos on your personal Instagram channel and use the following hashtags: #kauneinopiskelijakoti2020 and #poaskoti. Make sure your account is public. If your account is set to private, we won’t be able to see your posts.

We will share all participants’ photos on our Instagram channel @poaskoti where the audience can vote for POAS’s prettiest home 2020 by liking their favorite home. The most liked home will win POAS’s local competition. Selected photos can also be published in POAS’s tenant magazine without mentioning tenants’ names.

When registering for the local competition you will automatically participate in the nationwide competition, where an expert panel will choose one home to be the Finland’s Prettiest Student Home 2020.

Prizes

Winner of the local competition: Gift card to Verkkokauppa.com (worth 100,00 euros)

Winner of the nationwide competition: Gift voucher to Finnish Design Shop (worth 500,00 euros)

The winner will be notified personally via the contact information provided.
